Services Corp.
There's simply no better way
than : Here's why...

You already know the problems of congested silos, bins, and bunkers. Unwanted material build-up results in lost profits due to reduced storage capacity, inefficient material flow, and production downtime. In some cases, old conventional cleanout methods have actually created more problems than they've solved, such as loss of valuable material, damage from blasting (dynamite discharges) or high pressure water, lost time injuries, and even death.

BIG•MOLE SERVICE
Only MOLE•MASTER totally relieves you of the responsiblity of a silo cleanout project.
From initial planning, to project excecution, to de-mobilization, MOLE•MASTER SERVICES CORPORATION brings engineered solutions and professional project management to your silo and bin material build-up problems. Our service frees your valuable resources (manpower and equipment) to do more productive tasks.

MOLE•MASTER's unique, turnkey service is so efficient that all other cleanout methods have been rendered obsolete.

Many of America's most progressive industrial firms have discovered MOLE•MASTER's advantages.

VERSATILITY
Virtually any bulk storage facility in every industry can be serviced. No matter how long the material has been non-flowing or what type of silo, bin or bunker it's in, MOLE•MASTER can remove it.

NO HUMAN ENTRY REQUIRED
No danger of injury due to collapse of stagnant material because all equipment is controlled remotely from the silo roof. No chemicals! No explosives! No contamination of stored materials!

TOTAL MATERIAL RECOVERY
Valuable material, in nearly every application, can be freed and readied for further processing or loadout, as required.

RECOVER LOST STORAGE CAPACITY
Your storage vessels are restored to 100 per cent of their planned storage capacity, and clogged hopper outlets are opened for faster, more efficient material flow.

MINIMIZE DOWNTIME
Because MOLE•MASTER's equipment is so efficient, the cleanout is accomplished quickly. Cleanout operations which previously took weeks, or even months, are now completed in a matter of days.

DRY PROCESS
No water or other liquids are used! No water damage to the facility or surrounding area! No mess! No mud! No expensive cleanup!

NON-SPARKING EQUIPMENT
MOLE•MASTER utilizes unique non-sparking equipment in hazardous environments such as grain and coal storage facilities. MOLE•MASTER inerts volatile atmospheres such as those containing grain, dust and coal silo fires with CO2 or N2 via specially engineered ambient vaporizers and monitors in preparation for the cleanout operation.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
MOLE•MASTER offers reliable, maintenance programs tailored to the needs of your plant. Avoid problems with a well designed preventive maintenance program that gives you peace of mind and profit protection.

Here are some of the advantages of our Railroad Tank Car Cleaning System:

  • Cleans up to 12 times faster than manual methods.
  • Promotes safety - a man is not required to enter the tank for cleaning.
  • Less water to dispose of or reprocess - uses high pressure water, so a relatively small flow rate is all that is necessary to effectively clean rail tank cars.
  • Does not use solvents or chemicals.
  • Operates on air and water only - no electricity is required.
  • Mounts directly on manhole lip - no clamps or adaptors required.
  • Built-in position indicator allows you to easily locate and accurately position cleaning heads from outside the car.
  • Can be lowered into the tank car with simple chain hoist.
  • Approximate weight - 1200 lbs.
  • Constructed of stainless steel.

Mole•Blasters
The Alternative to Dynamite

MoleBlasters are designed for breaking lumps, chunks or compacted material using the expansive force of liquid carbon dioxide. The MoleBlasters is engineered for applications where bulk materials tend to compact when they should flow. MoleBlasters are the safe alternative to dynamite and blasting caps.
